Eight coaching sessions will
give you awareness of the values that are important to you, the
goals that match your values, the behaviour and unconscious
beliefs that have stopped you achieving your goals in the past
and the strategies for setting and achieving goals that fit
with the life you want and the person you want to
be.
Session 1 - What
stopped me?
You will focus on two goals,
one short term and one medium term, already identified in
the introductory coaching session, that you have had difficulty
achieving in the past. You will discover the behaviours and
beliefs that have held you back.
Session 2 - What is
important to me?
Your values will be clarified
using an NLP process that enables you to
discover your most important values. You will explore these
values across different areas of your life and identify any
discrepancies between how you are living your life and the life
you desire.
Session 3 - How do I
do it?
This is a highly specific
session on setting new goals, rewriting already existing goals
where necessary and aligning them to your values.
Session 4 - What are
my strengths and
weaknesses?
In this session, you will
examine the strengths that have helped you achieve in the past
and the behaviours and limiting beliefs that have held you
back.
Session 5 - Fresh
start.
Two powerful techniques will
be used to clear your limiting beliefs. Time line therapy will be used in
the session to clear past limiting beliefs and create a
future for the empowering beliefs that you will now
hold.
You will be taught how to apply Emotional Freedom Technique to
any obstacles that may occur in the future.
Session 6 - Motivational
strategies.
Do you move towards your goals
because they attract you or because they let you escape
from what you dislike? Have you a well developed sense of when
you have performed successfully or do you rely on feedback from
other people? When you know your motivational strategies,
you can use them to frame your goals, get you going and keep
you on track.
Session 7 - Let your
unconscious be your
guide.
Allowing your unconscious mind
to support you impels you towards the achievement of your
goals. In this session you will set three of your goals at an
unconscious level to learn the process of tapping into the
power of your mind.
Session 8 - Celebrating
success.
After one month, we will meet
to review your progress, celebrate the success of
your short term goals and refine any of your new
behaviours or beliefs. You will complete the session by using
your unconscious to explore the question 'Who would I become if
all my goals were aligned with my values, balanced and
realised?'
